I learned many years ago when Leonard ran the company not to skimp on transportation. We had a disagreement about cost and I went with another carrier. That was a hard lesson learned and I have never used a company other than Hawkeye since then. That trip with another carrier I now refer to as the ‘trip from hell’ for many reasons, not the least of which was the horrible bus company!

Our coach driver was absolutely fantastic.  So polite, courteous, and positive.  He had a great demeanor and was pleasant to interact with.

Only once in my 18 years with the Waverly-Shell Rock School System have I used another bus company…That was the first trip I organized all on my own, and though the trip was successful, the bus driver was terrible.
